-Roast Blend consists of 75% Arabica & 25% Robusta ....blended mix of coffee from Brazil, India, Costa Rican & Guatemala roasted at a “Light Roast- Medium Roast” style... If you are looking for more of a City Style Roast that’s our Old School 1972 Blend.
-Roasted in small batches in our shop in Brooklyn.....We roast 4-5 times a week and have been roasting in the same location since 1972 in Brooklyn NY. When you order is placed it will be roasted to order and shipped on that same day....truly FRESH ROASTED ESPRESSO BEANS!
-Perfect for use in Commercial/Home Espresso Machines or a Moka Stovetop coffee maker.(Coffee is shipped in Whole Bean Form) Our Espresso performs very well in Automatic/Super Automatic machines because of its light nature in shade texture. Reason being our coffee does NOT have an oily/shinny glaze to it...It’s a Light/Dry roast and never clogs grinders that oily beans may do over time..
-When your order is placed we promise to ship it within 24-48 hours from when it was roasted to ensure you are getting the freshest beans you can get online.....We do not roast on Sunday and Monday….if you order over the weekend and it does not hit before the Friday cutoff it will be roasted and shipped on that Tuesday.
